So, once again I wrote sporadically, but still managed about 2k so I'm pretty pleased with myself. I don't know how I keep managing to write, but it happens. *shrugs*
I will, though, blame a large portion of my wordcount in the previous couple of days on "Scissors, paper, rock"... and all I was trying to do was break a three way tie, not start a new voting revolution. Seriously, if it was up to those kids, that's the way democracy would work and Terry's mother would have to beat Mayor Cahill to win. Less skill based than a thumb war. I can just imagine them preparing by viewing footage of previous matches. Crazy.
A way to pass through the school holidays turned into yet another metaphor for democracy/a microcosm. It's all very fascinating and absolutely nothing to do with a hygenie.
I didn't type "hygenie" once in my story today. I fascinate me.
